Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble viewing any media on this website, try these techniques:

 

If you are using wireless access, connect your computer into an internet jack using an Ethernet Cable.

 

 

If you are using Windows Media Player follow these steps:

 

1.  Open the Windows Media Player

2.  From the Tools menu, select "Options."

3.  Select "Performance."

4.  Under Network Buffering, select "Buffer."

5.  Adjust buffering to "30 seconds of data."

6.  Click "OK."

7.  Close and re-open your web browser.

 

Try different times of the day and evening to view video on the Library Digital Media Room.
